Great to prepare for both side and main dishes, Mevalia rice is a versatile staple for many following a low protein diet.
Protein per 100g: 0.5g
Protein per Portion (80g): 0.4g
Store in a cool, dry place out.
Bring a sufficient quantity of water to the boil (2 litres water per 100g). Add rice replacer and salt according to taste and dietary allowance. Boil for 9-11 mins, stirring regularly.
