The easy way to replace egg, for the preparation of sweet and salty food. Gives dough a soft texture and an appealing colour!

Protein per 100g: 0.2g

Protein per Serve (10g): 0.02g

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.  

Dosage

To substitute one egg, add 1 tablespoon Egg Replacer (10g) to 40ml water and stir well.
